Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide personalized advice and solutions.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services to existing clients, aligning with their evolving needs.
Proactively engage with clients through regular meetings, calls, and correspondence to review their portfolios,



discuss market trends, and address any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor client accounts and portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and proposals to clients, explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and recent product offerings to better serve clients and identify market opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve individual and team sales targets and client retention goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
