Role: Full time Special Educator (RCI Registered preferred)
Focus: Infants with developmental delays, autism, speech/motor challenges
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (travel allowance provided)
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month (based on experience) + incentives
Key Responsibilities
Develop IEPs, deliver sensory/play therapies, collaborate with OT/speech therapists and parents, track milestones, and create inclusive settings for holistic growth.
Qualifications We're Seeking
B.Ed/Diploma in Special Education (RCI-approved); Montessori/ECED bonus
1+ years with children (freshers encouraged)
Skills: Patience, creativity, Tamil/English fluency
Passion for autism/early intervention a must!
