Job Description

Sri Gruha Foods is hiring a Hotel Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our restaurant. We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused individual who can lead the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
Manage and coordinate kitchen and service staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality standards.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and overall performance.
Coordinate with management regarding stock, inventory, and operational requirements.




Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
Assist with billing and basic operational reporting when required.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones (WhatsApp, calling, basic apps, etc.).
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Details
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
if having a two wheeler that will be more positive

Pay: ₹10,371.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
