We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive (Projects) to join our team immediately. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients
Make calls to clients and internal teams for updates and follow-ups
Ensure timely coordination of follow-ups on pending action items
Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with all stakeholders
Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams
Track project communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
Any Graduate (freshers with positive communication skills can apply)
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
