Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate to join our Maintenance team. The candidate will assist in maintaining company facilities, coordinating civil maintenance activities, and ensuring that buildings and infrastructure are in valuable condition.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the inspection and maintenance of office buildings and facilities.
Monitor civil maintenance work, including plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, waterproofing, and general repairs.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections and report any structural or maintenance issues.
Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare basic reports.
Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards.
Assist in material estimation and monitoring of maintenance inventory.
Perform any other maintenance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Solid problem-solving and observational skills.

Pay: ₹12,078.23 - ₹46,064.20 per month
