Job Title: Rider Support Executive

Salary:- Up to 15K CTC/Month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Rider Support Executive to join our

team for the rider support process. The role involves assisting delivery partners (riders) with their queries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between

riders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Ā· Provide real-time support to delivery partners via call.

Ā· Address rider concerns regarding app issues, payment queries, login/access problems, etc.

Ā· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.

Ā· Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

Ā· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.





Ā· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate cases when necessary.

Ā· Assist in onboarding new delivery partners, if required.

Requirements:

Ā· Minimum Education: 12th Pass.

Ā· Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ā· Laptop or Desktop with webcam

Ā· Secure Wi-Fi connection.

Ā· Power Backup

Ā· Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work on multiple tools.

Ā· Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support/Rider Support is an advantage.
