Hiring: HR Manager – Hospital Operations

Shri Shyam Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a robust background in the hospital/healthcare sector to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
Handle hiring for various hospital positions such as doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support teams.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and healthcare industry regulations.
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
Support hospital operations through effective workforce planning and coordination with department heads.
Contribute to policy implementation, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements




2–3+ years of HR experience in the hospital or healthcare industry.
Prior experience working with a NABH-accredited hospital is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of the Shops & Establishments Act and other applicable HR compliances.
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and managing end-to-end HR functions.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms), and HR reporting.
Comfortable using modern productivity tools, including AI tools such as ChatGPT for HR operations and process improvement.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to relocate to Kotputli, Rajasthan.
