Job Title: Speech Therapist

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to support students with communication, language, and speech-related challenges. The candidate will assess and address difficulties in speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication, helping students develop the skills needed for effective communication and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs
Design and implement individualized speech therapy plans and goals
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for articulation, language delays, stuttering, and social communication skills
Support students with non-verbal communication needs through Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools/devices
Collaborate with special educators, behavior therapists, occupational therapists, and parents for a coordinated approach
Train teachers and parents on strategies to reinforce communication skills at school and home




Maintain therapy records, track progress, and prepare periodic reports
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and provide therapy-related input

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP)
Valid license/registration to practice as a Speech Therapist
Experience working with children with special needs (autism, developmental delays, apraxia, etc.) preferred
Familiarity with AAC devices and tools is a plus
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Employment Type: Full time / Part time (specify as applicable)

Salary: Commensurate with interview performance and experience

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
