Position: Field Executive
As a Field Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our libraries across Raipur. You will coordinate with library staff, assist in new member acquisition, ensure operational excellence, and represent OLIB INDIA in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Visit OLIB INDIA libraries and partnerlocations across Raipur.
Support membership drives and student outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and local communities.
Monitor library operations and ensure servicequality standards are maintained.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate withthe operations team.
Conduct market surveys and collect feedbackto improve services.
Verify site requirements, oversee basic operational tasks, and submit daily field reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasksand maintain accurate records.

Eligibility
Undergraduate and Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years offield sales or operations experience arewelcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within Raipur.
Basic knowledge of MS Office andsmartphone applications.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
