Responsibilities:
Guide teams on multiple end to end web and mobile application projects as a hands on contriubtor as well as a technical guide.
Be part of Requirements Gathering process and provide effort estimates
Tool and language selection.
Technical Leadership and Mentoring of team members.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
More than 10 years of hands on experience in full stack application development with 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.
A polyglot(PHP, Java, JavaScript(NodeJS, ReactJS)) with in-depth experience of scripting, compiled and transpiled languages.
Belief in delivering high quality solutions and abreast of techniques like Unit Testing, Automation to achieve the same.
Robust fundamentals of HTTP and Databases(SQL and NoSQL).
Experience of cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure(preferably AWS).
Very valuable communication skills to interact with clients and peers.
