Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Scope Study , Scope Documentation and signing off from client

Responsible for Designing and Configuration , UAT , Training and Support

Ensure Project is successful Go live based on estimated time frame and as per project plan

Responsible for Milestone approval and billing on the completion of Milestone as per contract .

Handling Escalation and addressing timely Manner

Updating the Project Status and sharing with the Project Manager / client weekly .

Resolving the support query

Attending the weekly review call internal and external stakeholders

Supporting the sales for presales demo as when required ,

Reporting to APM / Project Manager

Skill Set :

Having valuable domain knowledge in NetSuite and HR , and having understanding all the Modules available in HR Application .

Having 1- 3 years experience in HR and Payroll application implementation .

Very Positive Communication skill

Valuable interpersonal skill with team playing capability
