Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Shift: Night Shift

Role:
Identify, attract and engage with potential candidates.
Post technical job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote company’s reputation as a excellent place to work.
Work as an integral member of the team, inspiring one another and communicating effectively at all levels. Required Skills and experience 3+ year experience as a technical recruiter. Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Positive knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
Experience With ATS.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
