Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Batch Manufacturing Operator to handle production processes, ensure accurate batching, and maintain quality and safety standards during manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor batch manufacturing equipment as per SOPs
Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials accurately as per batch formulation
Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs
Follow GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area
Identify and report any deviations, issues, or equipment malfunctions
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams when required
Ensure timely completion of production targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate (Science preferred)/Bsc Chemistry
Experience in batch manufacturing (cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry preferred)
Basic knowledge of GMP and safety standards
Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
Physically fit and able to work in a production setting
