Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving online engagement across various digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search rankings.Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.Generate qualified leads through digital channels and optimize conversion rates.Manage company social media accounts and engage with audiences.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.Collaborate with design, sales,



and content teams for campaign execution.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.Understanding of content marketing and email marketing.Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms is preferred.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.Preferred Experience2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.Experience in IT, Software Services, SaaS, or Startup settings is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary as per industry standards.Performance-based incentives.Growth opportunities opportunities.Health insurance and other company benefits.
