Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant operations, including production, processing, packaging, and dispatch.
Develop and implement production plans to meet business and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and statutory regulations.
Monitor production efficiency, machine utilisation, and overall equipment performance.
Coordinate with procurement, planning, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Control operational costs and identify prospects for process improvement.
Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and minimise production downtime.
Lead, train, and supervise production and operations teams.
Analyse operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
