Operation and Cleaning of Equipment: Operate and clean equipment used in the API production process area, ensuring all machinery is maintained to a high standard.
Dispensing of Raw and Packing Materials: Accurately dispense raw and packing materials as per production requirements and ensure proper handling.
Documentation: Fill out Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Batch Control Records (BCR) meticulously to comply with regulatory standards.
cGMP Knowledge: Apply knowledge of current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure compliance and quality in production processes.
Critical Thinking: Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues during the production process efficiently.
Problem-Solving:



Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude to address challenges and maintain smooth operations in the production area.
Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, including documentation, equipment operation, and material handling.
Quality Control: Ensure all processes and outputs meet the quality standards set by Metrochem API Private Limited.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment

Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry only.
