We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Fitter to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision machining operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine setup, tooling, and ensuring quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up CNC machines according to production drawings and specifications.
Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Perform machine offsets and make minor program adjustments if required.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Replace worn tools and perform routine machine maintenance.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.




Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Machinist, Turner.
1–5 years of experience as a CNC Setter/Fitter.
Knowledge of CNC Turning or VMC/HMC machine setup.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
