Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day order operations, ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and dispatch teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn fast in a process-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
Manage incoming orders from Shopify & Etsy
Verify order details (size, customization, address)
Coordinate with design team for artwork readiness
Production Coordination
Share accurate specifications with production team
Track order progress from design to print
Ensure minimal errors in paneling and sizing
Dispatch & Logistics
Coordinate shipments with courier partners (DHL, etc.)
Ensure timely dispatch of samples and final orders
Track deliveries and update status
Data Management
Maintain daily order tracking sheet
Update order status (Pending / In Process / Dispatched / Delivered)
Share daily updates with reporting manager
Issue Handling
Identify delays, errors, or mismatches
Coordinate internally for quick resolution
Ensure customer commitments are met
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow processes
Basic communication skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in operations / coordination
Exposure to e-commerce or logistics
Familiarity with Shopify / Etsy
