Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to create compelling visual content that enhances user engagement and clearly communicates platform features.

This role combines motion design, video editing, and graphic design to bring ideas to life from feature explanations to campaign storytelling while maintaining strong visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms including social media, website, presentations, and marketing campaigns
Create marketing materials such as banners, posters, ad creatives, email visuals, and brand assets
Develop design elements, templates, and visual systems that support brand consistency across all touchpoints
Create and edit videos for feature walkthroughs, tutorials, launches, and campaigns
Develop motion graphics and animations to simplify complex concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content
Produce both short-form (reels, ads) and long-form (explainer, onboarding) videos
Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and formats
Improve creative output based on performance insights and audience engagement
Stay updated with trends in motion design, graphic design,



video formats, and digital content

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Robust visual storytelling and branding skills
Experience creating engaging short-form and long-form content
Familiarity with digital platforms and content formats
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience Requirements
3–5+ years of relevant experience
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, and branding work
Experience handling projects end-to-end independently
Background in fast-paced environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with 2D/3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with tech or SaaS settings
Knowledge of sound design and video production basics

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
