About the Role

AMPL Solar is seeking an experienced Sales Head – Residential Solar EPC to lead our residential sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role for someone who combines solid sales execution with the ability to mentor and scale a team in the residential rooftop solar segment.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets for residential rooftop solar projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the residential EPC segment.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Generate, pursue, and convert residential solar sales opportunities.




Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
Collaborate closely with operations and project execution teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sale to installation.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecast performance, and report on key metrics to leadership.

Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Residential Solar EPC Sales.
Strong, mandatory expertise in Residential Rooftop Solar Projects.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams.
Solid network within the residential solar ecosystem (customers, dealers, channel partners) in Uttar Pradesh is a plus.
