We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Receptionist / Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide complete property information.
Generate quality leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
Follow up with potential clients and build solid relationships.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Assist visitors and customers at the office reception when required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or real estate will be preferred.
Ability to confidently handle customer queries and objections.
Basic knowledge of computer and CRM tools will be an advantage.
