We are looking for a agile and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT hiring and be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
min 1 years to 4 years experience in IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing setting.
Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Staffing is preferred.
Work Schedule:
6 Days Working
2nd & 4th Saturday Off
