Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our client’s quick-growing SaaS sales team. In this hunting role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will leverage solid prospecting skills and a deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers, uncover pain points, and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions address their compliance and GRC challenges.

Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand prospective clients’ unique GRC challenges and requirements.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and exceed quotas.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust and healthy pipeline.
Partner with your dedicated SDR and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales support)



to drive seamless execution.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight solution value and differentiation.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer data in the CRM (HubSpot).
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements
4–6 years of proven closing experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a hunting role.
Consistent track record of exceeding quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused.
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
