TA/TQ Trainer Responsibilities
Conduct induction training for recent employees.
Train staff on company processes, products, and customer service.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Assess trainees through tests and practical evaluations.
Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Maintain training attendance and performance records.
Coordinate with team leaders and managers on training needs.
Ensure employees follow company quality standards and SOPs.
Submit training reports and progress updates.
Skills required:

Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving ability
Time management
Patience and leadership skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
