We are hiring a Dispatch Assistant to join our Production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch operations and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams.
Ensure accurate packing, labelling, and dispatch of goods.
Update dispatch details in SAP (Mandatory).
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain dispatch records and reports.
Verify quantity, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
