Key Responsibilities
Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials as per production requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop current suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance departments for procurement planning.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.
Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.
Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.
Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases in ERP/SAP.
Track market trends, raw material prices, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery delays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
