Position: Visa Counselor & Visa Filing Officer

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits, and immigration pathways.
Assess client profiles and provide suitable visa options based on eligibility.
Explain visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documents.
Prepare and review visa application forms for accuracy and completeness.
File visa applications through online portals and relevant immigration systems.
Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Coordinate with educational institutions, embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Address client queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration laws, and application procedures.

Pay: ₹11,018.28 - ₹35,446.57 per month
