Job description

The Video Editor will play a key role in creating engaging video content to promote AICRA’s initiatives, events, and programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in video editing, knowledge of streaming platforms like YouTube, and expertise in using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit and assemble recorded footage into polished videos that align with AICRA’s branding and messaging. Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts for video projects.
Content Creation: Produce videos for various platforms, including promotional videos, event highlights, tutorials, and social media content. Create engaging thumbnails and titles to maximize viewer engagement on platforms like YouTube.
Streaming Support: Assist in live streaming events, ensuring high-quality audio and video output. Manage video content on streaming platforms, including scheduling and optimizing video SEO.
Technical Expertise:



Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software to produce high-quality video content. Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, streaming technology, and social media platforms.
Quality Control: Review and ensure all video content meets AICRA’s quality standards before publication.
Archiving and Organization: Maintain organized video files and archives for easy access and retrieval. Ensure all content is properly labeled and stored for future use.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in video editing and production.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
Candidates having additional knowledge of Graphic Designing would be preferred.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and best practices for streaming.
