Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Noida
Experience: 3–5Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and functional positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Recruitment.
Experience hiring for SAP, ERP, Cloud, or other technology roles is preferred.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a rapid-paced environment.
