We are looking for a proactive Support Executive to manage customer support activities, AMC renewals,

service coordination, and customer relationship management while ensuring timely resolution of

customer requirements.

 Provide pre-sales support by handling customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations

(online and onsite), preparing quotations and proposals if required, and coordinating with the

sales team.

 Deliver technical support for hardware and software solutions through remote assistance and

onsite visits when required.

 Register, track, and coordinate service tickets with OEMs and service engineers, ensuring timely

resolution within agreed turnaround times (TAT).

 Keep customers informed on service status and maintain accurate records of support activities

and resolutions.

 Conduct software training sessions, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure successful closure of

customer queries.

 Monitor product warranties and AMC contracts, proactively engage customers before expiry,



and

drive AMC renewal opportunities.

 Manage key customer accounts and large-scale projects, including government and enterprise

clients, ensuring smooth coordination across delivery, installation, reporting, and support

activities.

 Track installation progress with OEM partners and ensure project milestones and customer

deadlines are achieved.

 Maintain MIS reports, service documentation, and performance records for internal reporting and

customer communication.

 Develop knowledge resources, user guides, and process documentation to improve service

quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

 Identify prospects for process improvement and recommend initiatives that enhance service

delivery and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
