Understand farmers' crop-related problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Guide farmers on crop planning, sowing, fertilizer management, irrigation, and harvesting practices.
Recommend suitable seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and plant growth products based on crop requirements.
Diagnose pest and disease issues and provide effective control measures.
Maintain regular follow-up with farmers to monitor crop progress.
Build long-term relationships with farmers by delivering quality advisory services.
Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve daily call targets and maintain service quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies, government schemes, and market trends.
Participate in product training and knowledge enhancement programs.
