Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and reliable Helper / Van Executives for Flipkart delivery operations. In this role, you will assist in loading, unloading, sorting packages, and accompanying the delivery van to deliver orders efficiently to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading: Safely load delivery vans at the warehouse hub and unload packages at destination stops.
Packet Sorting: Organize packages according to delivery routes to ensure rapid drop-offs.
Customer Delivery: Deliver parcels directly to customers and collect signatures or OTPs as required.
Cash Collection: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable and deposit them safely.
Coordination:
Assist the van driver and team lead with route navigation and smooth operations.
Payout & Incentives
Per Packet Rate: ₹28 – ₹35 per packet (depending on weight/category/route)
Weekly/Monthly Earnings: Potential to earn ₹700 – ₹1,200+ per day depending on packet volume.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass (Freshers welcome)
Age Limit: 18 years to 35 years
Skills: Basic smartphone usage, map navigation, and area route knowledge
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical movement, loading, and unloading of parcels
