Job Title: Site Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 Years (Supervisor Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth service delivery in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
Lead and manage in office staff, ensuring proper manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams and clients for effective solutions.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, incident reports, and other site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies at all times.
Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials, equipment, and resources at the site.




Maintain effective communication with clients to address concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support audits, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in site operations.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Executive in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related industry.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Local candidates from Hyderabad will be preferred.
Diploma or B.Tech EEE or MECH. Experience in Technical Facility Management operations
Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, and Building Maintenance systems
Experience in handling technical teams and vendor coordination

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
