Job Requirements
MBA students or recent graduates (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence in speaking with hotel owners, managers, and business professionals.
Basic knowledge of the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.
Good persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn sales techniques and contribute to business growth.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and products.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage sales leads simultaneously.
Skilled attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of CRM systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.




Support the sales team in presenting Retrod Travel Tech's products and scheduling product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain solid relationships.
Update and maintain lead, client, and sales activity records in CRM or spreadsheets.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on customer acquisition initiatives.
Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities when required.
