Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end customer service activities for Sea Import shipments.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment execution.
Manage shipment documentation, including Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, Arrival Notices, and other import-related documents.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with customs clearance teams and ensure timely cargo delivery.
Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Sea Imports Customer Service within the freight forwarding industry.




Complete knowledge of Sea Import operations and documentation.
Valuable understanding of import procedures, shipping documentation, and coordination with shipping lines and overseas agents.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
