Job Overview

Cruzen India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Content Creator who is confident in front of the camera and passionate about creating high-performing social media content. The ideal candidate should have experience producing engaging videos, presenting on camera, and developing content strategies that drive audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Confidently host and present videos on camera for client and company brands.
Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and storyboards aligned with marketing goals.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to execute campaigns.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Conduct product demonstrations, brand storytelling, interviews, and educational videos.
Analyse content performance and optimise future content based on insights.
Ensure brand consistency across all content.

Requirements




3 months – 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
Robust communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content strategies.
Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and mobile/camera videography.
Understanding of branding, performance marketing, and content analytics.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
