BMW KUN Exclusive is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and maintain financial controls.
Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities as required.

Eligibility




Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA/ICWA/M.Com preferred.
5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively.

Preferred Skills
Experience in dealership accounting will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
