Pandit Arogyam Clinic is looking for a dedicated and organized Accountant cum Reception Executive to manage front desk operations along with accounting and billing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients at the reception.
Prepare GST invoices and billing documents.
Handle daily accounting entries, cash, and bank records.
Maintain accounts using Tally or other accounting software.
Generate reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
Process payments and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth daily operations.
Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or front desk operations (preferred).
Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
