Take complete ownership of assigned requirements from brief to closure
Deliver relevant shortlists, not bulk CVs
Maintain daily activity and pipeline visibility
Build and follow straightforward recruitment processes and trackers
Communicate clearly with candidates and clients, no gaps, no excuses
Follow up relentlessly until closure or a explicit stop decision
Handle pressure, targets, and rejections without dropping standards
Work ethically with candidate data and client commitments
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
