Key Duties & Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair hospital plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Attend to plumbing complaints and breakdowns in ICU, OT, wards, OPD, laboratories, emergency, and other hospital areas.
Identify and rectify leakage, blockage, pipe damage, valve faults, and drainage issues.
Maintain and repair taps, wash basins, toilets, flush systems, valves, faucets, and other sanitary fixtures.
Carry out preventive maintenance of pipelines, water tanks, pumps, drainage lines, and related systems.
Monitor and maintain hot and cold water supply systems across the hospital.
Attend emergency plumbing breakdowns promptly to avoid disruption to patient care and hospital operations.




Support maintenance of underground and overhead water tanks and associated pipelines.
Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance Supervisor for major repairs and replacement requirements.
Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and materials used.
Follow hospital safety, infection control, fire safety, and occupational safety procedures while working.
Ensure work areas are kept clean and secure after completion of maintenance activities.
Use plumbing tools, equipment, and materials safely and appropriately.
Assist in other engineering and maintenance activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Be available for shift duties and emergency maintenance requirements as per hospital schedule.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
