Job description:

A Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day interior work execution at the project site, ensuring tasks are completed on time, safely, and as per drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finishing, etc.)
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
Maintain site discipline and safety standards
Track daily progress and report to Site Manager
Check quality of work and ensure finishing standards
Resolve minor in office issues and delays
Plan and manage end-to-end interior project execution
Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors
Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion
Monitor budgets, material procurement, and cost control
Ensure quality standards and finishing as per design intent
Handle client meetings and provide progress updates
Manage site supervisors and workforce
Ensure compliance with safety and regulations




Resolve major technical and operational issues

Qualifications
Diploma/ITI/Civil/Interior-related field
2–5 years of experience in interior projects
