Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, and regional specialties.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning as per restaurant standards.
Assist in mise en place and daily kitchen preparations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Follow recipes and instructions from the Sous Chef/Head Chef.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Ensure proper storage of food items following FIFO and hygiene practices.
Support other kitchen sections when required.
Minimize wastage and ensure effective use of ingredients.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
