HR Manager – FinTech

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Manage employee engagement, HR policies, and documentation.
Support payroll coordination and other HR processes.
Handle basic administrative responsibilities as required.
Work closely with management to maintain a positive and productive work culture.

Requirements:
3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Robust experience in end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Candidates from the FinTech/Financial Services industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
