Position: Assistant to Director

Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Education: BSc, BBA, B. Com, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or Any Graduate with relevant experience.

Preferred BSc Qualification.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to the Director to provide business and operational support. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in client communication, and exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM), market research, and sample management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product sample dispatches and maintain records.
Maintain daily MIS, tracking sheets, and reports.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify industry trends and current product opportunities.




Support product research and development through market intelligence.
Assist the director with reports, presentations, and day-to-day coordination.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
Experience in client, supplier, and internal team coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Solid analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹375,000.00 per year
