Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business disruption.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise software applications.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on system performance.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
This position is based at our Pune office.
