Job Description – Team Member (Ice Cream Shop)

Job Title: Team Member

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Team Members to join our Ice Cream Shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, preparing and serving ice cream products, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the daily operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Take customer orders and process billing through the POS system.
Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, waffles, and other menu items as per company standards.
Ensure high standards of product quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, equipment, and workstations.
Replenish stock and ensure product availability.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.




Assist in stock counting, inventory management, and store opening/closing activities.
Work closely with the team to achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Skills Required

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Team player with good time management skills.
Basic computer and billing knowledge is preferred.

Working Conditions
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
