An E-Commerce Executive manages a company’s online sales and marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.
Key Responsibilities
Upload and manage product listings
Update product descriptions, pricing, and images
Monitor inventory and stock availability
Process and track online orders
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries
Manage marketplace seller accounts
Run promotions and discount campaigns
Prepare sales and performance reports
Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
MS Excel and computer skills
Positive communication skills
Attention to detail
Time management and coordination
Basic understanding of online marketplaces
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is a plus
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is beneficial
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
