Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables with business goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve automation frameworks and processes.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable test automation solutions.
Ability to integrate automation strategies with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation implementation.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
