Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Team Lead with 6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience and proven leadership skills. The candidate will lead a team working on Python, React, and Laravel projects, while driving innovation with AI tools, ensuring robust RDBMS design, and overseeing DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide developers across Python, React, and Laravel.
Architecture design: Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
AI integration: Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance product capabilities.
Code versioning: Ensure best practices using Git or similar tools.
Database management: Design and optimize relational databases for performance and reliability.
DevOps practices: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.





Required Skills & Experience:
6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python, React, and Laravel.
Solid knowledge of AI tools and their practical application.
Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
Solid experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance technical depth with team management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to microservices architecture.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
