Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned area, including setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and market penetration plans.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analysing performance metrics and providing insights for improvement.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product or service offerings, understanding their features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceedingsales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
